This is the time of year when we homeschool moms become a bit introspective. We wonder if we are being successful in our homeschooling, in our mothering, in our marriage, in our homes. If we aren't careful, we can even work ourselves into "analysis paralysis" and live in fear of making mistakes. We are faced with so many choices as homeschool moms. There is a plethora of activities, classes, curriculum, philosophies, methodologies and more to choose from for our homeschool. We sometimes get caught up in making decisions based on fear, peer pressure, tradition, or trends instead of on Biblical principles and God's priorities.
When thinking about the two workshop topics I gave at the SHEM Conference in Springfield, I thought perhaps by looking at those same two topics in a different way, we might be encouraged in our journey. We might be able to simplify our decisions and thus, simplify our lives if we truly had the "end in mind."
So, I have made a series of four feature podcasts for you. The series is titled: Homeschooling, Beginning with the End in Mind...or Simplifying Homeschooling. This feature series consists of four episodes.
